Salt River Fields: Indigenous Peoples Surpass Their Own History

It's spring training again for the Major League Baseball (MLB) players. It's widely known that the Dodgers have settled just recently in their Glendale spring home, the Diamondbacks now have their very own place in Salt River Fields.

Salt River Fields, to date, is considered the very first MLB centre in the United States which is built in the heart of Indian Territory. Right now, it's the new place of the AZ Diamondbacks and Colorado Rockies.

Place of 2 teams and 2 tribes
