Occasional aggressive behavior isn't necessarily a bad trait extremely leader, while in the many situations is when expressed inside an appropriate and constructive manner. I, however, don't take into account that aggressive. I take into account that assertive communication. This is not what I'm dealing with. I'm sharing a bully. A boss that must verbally abuse and/or humiliate his very own employees to present their power and try to command respect. In lots of ways ton of tips to describe this type of person.
