When I hear the word leader my mind fills with reminiscences. Some of these reminiscences are associated with teachers, friends, and family. They are of individuals I respected, that helped me grow and drive the edges associated with my comfort zone. Work things together as a family in your home. This could provide possibilities in an environment where young adults are already comfortable. For example you are able to teach your children how to do specific duties or projects and let them try. Make sure you give them positive feedback whilst letting them have fun. One mom I know performs the steps to making supper and as they finish the child sings back in reply.
Encourage social conversation. Every member of the family is different so you will want to produce different configurations where each individual can be effective. You can have a range of different pursuits like art tasks, science experiments, and sports. A youth working together with a soccer team to create a common objective can be exhilarating while encouraging team oneness and leadership.

Take out a box of dressy clothes and provide her support and encouragement by letting her do all the work and plan her own party.
