Instances come when we have to do some activities that may not be coped up by our bodies. As a result, pains and aches occurs and we have to suffer it. Have you experienced lifting up some weight and felt your back aching the next morning? Or, have you exhausted yourself much in a day s work that resulted to a disturbing pain in your back and shoulders? Had our bodies been alarm clocks, they could have rang a noise signaling that it s over normal that we are doing. Our bodies know how much is its capacity of working and enduring but sometimes, we become the problems. We commit abuses to our own selves. We tend to ignore tiredness thinking we can do what is greater. As a result, our bodies, instantly or hours later, react to it through the pains and sometimes greater complications will then be experienced.

Back pain, for instance, is a result of tiresome or first experienced activities that the body has performed. Most often, we feel it hours later. I experienced practicing swimming for hours one summer day and the next day, I woke up feeling an annoying pain in my back. Any pain a person feels causes discomfort. Living things resist what causes pain. And we know we do not like having one some day, right? Can we possibly avoid experiencing an aching back in the future? By knowing its causes, you may prevent it from happening to you, but the case is, some activities are just sometimes unnoticeable and unavoidable.

What are those that cause back pain?

Heavy and improper lifting
Sudden and strenuous physical exertion
Stress and muscle tension

Home Treatments:
