Possessing a phone that uses the Android operating system can entertaining. One thing is you are owner of a smart phone (which is typically more engaging than a basic cell phone). For another it means that if you have your phone with you, you won't ever have to worry about being bored. Isn't that why all those Android applications were designed - to keep you from twiddling your thumbs? And to add simplicity to your daily life? At this point you have probably made your way through all the free Android applications. Playing around with paid apps, however, is a little scarier. You don't want to waste your money! To keep from thinking about money down the drain, here are the top paid Android applications (that is, from our point of view).

Fit Sync is a paid app that is great for those who are trying to get in shape. The application has thousands of workout videos that you can copy, hundreds of workouts that you can follow and fifty or so fitness plans. Not only that but the app allows you to record your workouts which will help you track all of your workout efforts from day to day as well as from week to week.

If you are a facebook or social networking fan, you can use Fit Sync to upload your workouts and progress to Facebook and other websites and networks (there are widgets that you can use).

QuickOffice for Android is another very popular paid application for the Android phone. Even though we couldn't find a sale price we love this app because it helps us out when we're away from our offices. This is the app that opens Microsoft Word and Excel files that you store on the hard disk of your phone or that you keep in your phone's Gmail attachment folder. This application features text wrapping, table formatting, and even images. The only drawback to this application is that the files it will access are pretty limited. You can only access the most recently released Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel files.

Lost of people think that every game application should be free.

For less than one dollar (at the time of this writing) you can have a bunch of fun with the Air Hockey app for Android phones. Few game apps out there are able to hold the attention of the person playing. In this case though, well, who doesn't love a game of Air Hockey? When you visit the Android Market you will see that the Air Hockey app is the most popular. It holds its popularity even when you compare it to the free app market. You can buy it for less than a dollar. Why not give it a chance? These are only a few of the top paid Android applications available on the market. New ones are being constructed on a daily basis. The primary idea for choosing paid applications is to investigate if there is not a free application that will do the same thing. If you don't find a comparable free application, you will be able to buy the pricier application with a better mindset. Don't forget to think at least twice prior to wasting your money on a paid application. You don't want to lose your money if you can avoid it!
